Overview

Somali Awareness and Social Development Organization (SASDO) is seeking a motivated and qualified Volunteer HR Manager to join our team and support the strengthening of our human resources systems.

Responsible For

Key Responsibilities - Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation. - Maintain staff and volunteer personnel records. - Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Assist with staff performance management and capacity development. - Support staff welfare, safeguarding, PSEA, and Code of Conduct. - Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff.

Educational Requirements

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Previous HR experience, preferably with an NGO/CSO. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of HR policies and procedures. - Commitment to humanitarian principles, safeguarding, accountability, and gender equality.
